Michele has worked with Dr Mukesh for over 29 years. In 2004 Michele was a finalist for the ‘Practice Manager of the Year Award’ presented by the British Dental Practice Managers Association.

In September 2006 she attained the Professional Diploma in Dental Practice management with distinction and was one of the first in the country to do so and has gone on to mentor others in achieving this. In November 2006 she attained the Dental Nursing qualification.

Michele has attended many courses over the years keeping abreast of a wide range of skills, including, Conscious sedation, Basic Life support, marketing, health and safety, and management of all aspects of dentistry. She was also an active member of the Hilt Tatum institute providing guidance in patient management and asepsis.

She has an unparallel wealth of information. She has helped him in placing over 8,000 implants and has helped prepare all of his cases from start to finish. She prides herself in a personal one to one approach, this has helped many patients overcome their initial fears and accept implant treatment. The patient has access to contact her any time at their convenience which they have found extremely beneficial and dentists have the same option if there is an urgent referral or if they need any information.
